This document explains the terms under which you may use the inBOXout mobile application, website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). It also describes how VINspector LLC (“VINspector”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects data associated with the Service.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
inBOXout supports container inspections, documentation, inventory tracking, and related logistics workflows. Access is restricted to authorized users with valid credentials. The Service is intended for operational use by commercial customers and their personnel.
You may use the Service only for legitimate operational purposes. You may not:

All software, content, trademarks, images, text, and underlying technology used in the Service are the property of VINspector LLC and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not reproduce or distribute materials except as required for authorized operational use.
Camera Access
The camera is used solely to capture inspection photos and to support optical character recognition (OCR) of container markings. No biometric, facial recognition, or personal-image analysis is performed.
Network Communication
The Service communicates securely with VINspector backend systems to:
We do not transmit data to advertisers, analytics platforms, or tracking services.
Stored Data
Inspection data and images are stored in secure, encrypted Azure cloud infrastructure managed by VINspector LLC. The mobile app uses temporary local caching only to complete uploads and ensure reliability and does not store personal data long-term.
No Third-Party Sharing
VINspector LLC does not sell, share, or disclose user data to third parties, except when necessary to provide contracted services to enterprise customers or when required by law.
User Accounts
Login credentials are used only for authentication and role-based access control. They are not used for advertising or profiling.
No Tracking
The Service does not collect GPS location, advertising identifiers, behavioral analytics, or other tracking data for marketing or profiling.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. VINspector LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or network environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VINspector LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Service. Any direct liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for use of the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
VINspector LLC maintains industry-standard security practices, including encrypted transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and secure cloud storage. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
VINspector LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Service for security, operational, or contractual reasons. Upon termination, users must cease use and delete any copies within their control. Any terms that by nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms and this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
